i also believe that its not compulsary to speak hindi . coz as in new changing world every one wants to make his own dream wish fulfilment.. so i think we also dnt forget that upto70% of the writers write their books in english….. english has a international language. and we are getting benefit from it. so how can we say that only english should be compulsary in govt. offices.

I support the bootstrapped approach. It’s usually easier than you would think to implement a prototype quickly and get to the market first.

@kranium true, makes enough sense. But be wary of the competition! All I’m saying is that I’ve you’re up against someone big, then it won’t take them much time to replicate the unique stuff you’re offering. If it’s a new market then definitely go and kick ass!!

wouldn’t it also depend on the market youre aiming to target?

if its saturated, and growth rates are minimum, it’ll be very difficult!

but if the market is new, the product is still being discovered by many, and a large growth rate is expected, then whats wrong with hitting it with someone whose already been in the business?

@kranium – unique idea is very important in the sense that you can create a new market rather than having to go after market share in a market that already exists. Locomi wasn’t a new idea either – hence it hasn’t worked as well as we had expected it to be since people have been there, done that. Our USP was the social aspect, and how difficult is it for our competitors to scale up and replicate our “unique” features? Not very! Hence the need to be unique!
